Maui Eldorado Condo J216

Kaanapali was in the perfect location for everything. You had your stores within a free trolley ride,. Your rental was in the middle of a golf course which kept you away from unwanted traffic and congestion. You were so close to the beach that if you were not up to the 5 minute walk, the front desk would send you a golf cart to and from your room to your own cabana and BEACH. No exaggeration, you had your own beach. The cabana was a beautiful touch as your had your own kitchen with fridge (for snacks and refreshments), sink (to clean up), blender, bathroom, beach chairs, towels, etc. This was everything you wanted in a cabana. And again, it was only open to those staying at this rental location. We had a friend staying at the hotel next door, and I'm glad I booked my stay here instead. Better amenities and bigger home for a fraction of the price. As for the home, it was a perfect size with everything my girlfriend (now fianc while in Maui) needed. The bathroom was gigantic and left plenty of room for one to shower in one room and the other to get ready in other part of the bathroom. The studio was exactly what we needed. The kitchen made snacking and reheating restaurant leftovers simple. The living area was big enough with a desk to do all of our research for excursions. We made use of the pamphlets left in the room and made our trip to Hana a breeze. We can't wait to go back to Maui and stay here again at the Kaanapali rentals again.

This is a great space tucked away in the northern Lahaina area with a private beach. The apartment itself is spacious with a large bed, balcony to enjoy a nice meal outside, kitchen equipped to make meals, and the bathroom is spacious. The cabana is an amazing addition and provides a less populated, private beach with great swimming and snorkeling. Sunsets and stars on the beach/ walkways are beautiful and there isnt a lot of noise from any outside traffic. The condo is located near a local village with mart, coffee, urgent care and about a 20 min walk from whalers village which has great shopping, restaurants, and local events including lei making, hula show, family movie nights etc, free for the public. About one hour from the airport without traffic. Overall great stay, would definitely recommend!

Upon entering it was noted how large the condo is and how clean everything was. Loved that shampoo/conditioner was provided. Very satisfied overall however the electrical outlet situation is dire. There are no outlets right next to the bed/nightstand. Lighting is very dim throughout the living/sleeping area. Biggest downer for us...the large pool right outside our room was brrrrrr cold!

Fabulous stay at the Eldorado! Love it and will be back

I really enjoyed my stay here. I arrived after 10pm, the night manager arrived quickly to get me to the unit and helped me carry my things in. I stayed in a studio towards the back of the property, it was quiet, had the amenities I wanted, and was a short walk to the beach, shops, pool, fitness center, and shops. I was always able to find space in the cabana area and the attendants were friendly and available. The beach area is beautiful, sun sets right there, many people went snorkeling, a seal went swimming by one afternoon checking out the beach goers. There are a number of shops within walking distance and Front Street is a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again. The only weird part, no roosters, I did not hear or see one.

We had a lovely week at the Maui Eldorado unit J216...lovely spacious clean and comfortable ...very happy with everything including fitness Center and in unit laundry facilities . Definitely will come back here ! Staff all very helpful friendly and kind .

We frequently go to Maui, and were happy to find this corner unit so close to the beach and Ka'anapali. We hoped there would be at least a peek-a-boo view of the ocean, which there wasn't. The view from the lanai is of a well-hidden parking structure - the only time it was bothersome is when we ate outside and the screeching of tires in the garage was pretty constant.

It is an older unit with some wear and tear showing, but it was just fine for a long weekend. I am a walker and appreciated being able to do my usual trek to Ka'anapali or to Kahana. For people with physical limitations, be aware that there are a LOT of stairs to manage between the garage and the unit, and the unit to the golf course/beach.

We loved everything about our stay in Maui Eldorago Condo J216!! Everything was as described. Beautiful accomodations, very clean and well taken care of.

About 10 minute walk to Sheraton beach or Eldorado Cabana. Place was clean and AC worked great. Underground parking, great pool, bbq, and excellent gym.

This was truly a way better place to stay than the resort and not just for the price difference, great location so close to Lahaina the pools were great the staff was great it was very clean, we booked all our activities through the front desk and they gave us a ton of deals definitely will be coming back

A friend and I came to run the marathon and found this place to be perfect for our needs. We found the walk to the beach (although maybe long for some), to be a nice, not-too-long walk, and found the unit to be clean, and had all of the basics we needed. Loved having use of a kitchen, and the extra space in the bathroom. We spent lots of time using the cabana and amenities by the beach and loved that it was walking distance to our race start. Overall, it seems like a great value for the area and location. If I return to Maui, I'll be looking to stay here again.

I have been travelling to the Hawaiian islands since 1984. The very first place I stayed was the Maui El Dorado. It can't be beat for location and amenities. The only beach cabana on Kaanapali Beach is one of the big pluses. This particular unit was very nicely done and had some features that I especially liked - all tile floors, an attractive remodeled shower with hand-held sprayer, large curved sofa. It's an end unit so very quiet. Also, very close and convenient to the parking garage. It has a wonderful big tree right off the balcony so be sure to bring your binoculars to watch the birds and lizards. Fully stocked with everything you might need - plenty of beach towels plus you can get those at the Cabana. I wouuld definitely stay there again.

I spent every morning sipping on hot coffee on the patio while enjoying the awesome breeze, moderate exposure to the sun, and wonderful greenery.This condo was all that I asked for. For the location, the nightly rate was a bargain. Then when you realize that the condo has everything you need for an island vacation, and you feel very fortunate to find such a gem. There's a washer and dryer in the unit, which is very helpful on this type of trip. There was even laundry detergent there, but it may have been left from the previous guest.The kitchen had a stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, plates, utensils, etc. Whatever you needed was there. There were plenty of kitchen towels, a bottle of 409, Palmolive dish detergent, a new sponge for your stay, and even hot sauce! We did find rust stains on the knife set, but it wasn't a big deal. There are plenty of restaurants and marketplaces nearby to get these types of things.The bathroom was roomy and had a large closet. There were lots of goodies in the closet: beach/regular towels (one less thing to pack), snorkeling gear, body boards, etc. The shower area was clean, spacious, and had decent water pressure.Now to the main area...the king size bed and large L-shaped sofa were very comfortable. There is a flat screen TV in the room with a DVD player and all the channels that you need. I never got the password to the wi-fi, so I ended up using the ethernet cord. Not a big deal at all. There is also an iPod/iPhone speaker system, and dining table for four.Lastly, the patio was well furnished with a lounge chair, another round table for four, and a BBQ grill.As you can see, unit J210 has all that you need for your trip in Maui. It's definitely a bargain with the quality that you deserve. One last tip: park on level four if you have a car. It's closest to the stairs that lead to the unit.

We have vacationed on Maui 5 years in a row now and always return to the Eldorado. The location, views and spaciousness of the units is excellent. This unit met our every expectation. The perfect home away from home for our vacation in paradise.
