Maui Eldorado Condo J221

This place was amazing! The view alone was worth every penny of our stay. We will return to this exact unit again. It had everything we needed and more. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and more. Super convenient location close to Whaler’s village and beach. Pool area is big and clean with shuffleboard, bocce ball, BBQ’s, corn hole, connect 4... The grounds are super clean and people are friendly. It’s our new favorite and we’ve been to Maui a lot!

This condo was the perfect location and size for our one week. Stay in Maui. The beach cabana is A short walk away and perfect if you don’t want to get all Sandy yet, but I still feel like you’re on the beach. Condo had all the amenities we wanted and we spent a good deal of time on the lanai enjoying the view. Location is ideal for access to Kaanapali beach walk with its multiple restaurants and hotels and shops. Only downside was that the bed pillows were too large for us. Bed was very comfy though.

We are Maui El Dorado regulars, and over the past 2 decades have stayed in many different condos. You can't lose with MKVR's team, they will find you the perfect place for your trip. For us, this time it was J-221, one of the closest-to-the-beach condos at MED. The view (it's 2nd level) stretches across the Pailolo Channel to Molokai with a great shot of Lanai as well. We like the J-Building because of its proximity to the Cabana, which, to us, is maybe the top attraction of MED. The Cabana is well run and stocked with beach towels and beach chairs as well as deck chairs if you don't want the sand. It's the best. J-221 was well stocked and the kitchen well designed. Washer/Dryer included - all the things MED is famous for. Room was clean upon arrival, bed was perfect for deep sleep (we leave windows open to hear the waves, which you can from J-221!) Location great, close to everything but not right in the thick of big resorts. Cabana very nice. Condo well equipped. Management of TV daunting.. 4 controls, Although didn’t watch much.

This place is perfect - everything you could need or want. Super clean. The view is spectacular. We have booked again for this year.

J-221 at Maui El Dorado is an excellent studio condo in Kaanapali. The overall development has been around a long time, and there are stairs only to the second floor (for anyone with mobility concerns).

We have stayed here multiple times and always look forward to coming back.

This condo has a great view over the Royal golf course to the ocean and the islands west of Maui. It is well appointed, and for folks like us, who like to cook while there, the cookware is really good. Shampoo/Conditioner/Shower Gel dispensers were added in the shower this year, which is another nice, new touch.

We generally sit on the lanai each morning, and, if there at sunset, can enjoy a beautiful view of that as well.

Easy walk to the private beach cabana, the shops at Whaler's Village, and several restaurants we really like, such as Hui Hui and Hula Grill.

Pillow on the bed are a bit overstuffed, but there was a smaller one in the closet, so even that works out ok.

The Maui El Dorado condos are a great location close to Lahaina, with great beach front cabanas and beach access. The unit I stayed in had great amenities and was perfect for the two of us. Great view and everything we needed for our stay. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Great unit and would highly recommend for a quiet place to relax.

This was heaven. Vivian made it so simple to make this reservations at the last minute to celebrate our Anniversary. Plus she was always available to answer all my questions. Can't wait to make my next reservation and will book directly with her. The location is perfect & a piece of paradise. I would like to keep it a secret, but can't so other can enjoy. So book with confidence.

This is our 7th stay at Maui Eldorado. Our favourite location on Maui. Our first stay in this unit but we will be back. Everything about it was great and as stated in the description. The management responded quickly to a question I had. We walked to whalers village every night for dinner. Our favourite is Leilani’s.

Our unit J221 was very comfortable, clean and we enjoyed our beautiful view. The cart service to the cabana's was very helpful, and the staff was very courteous. We very much enjoyed our unit.

Our stay at J221 was wonderful. First time at Maui in 11 years. Everything that we wanted was provided. Perfect location. What we really observed was how well kept was the condo. For example, utensils, dishes, towels was all there! We definitely would want to plan another trip at Maui Eldorado Condo J221!

As always (we have stayed at the Maui El Dorado J-221 many times), the unit was clean and comfortable. The view is excellent, both of the golf course and the ocean/Molokai.

Maui Eldorado is the perfect place to relax. Close to a lot of action if you want it, and far enough from the big resorts if you want peace and quiet. Our condo was very clean and well stocked. Will return as soon as we can!

We had tried to rent Unit J221 previously but it books over 12 months in advance. When we saw the condo was everything we thought it would be and more, we tried to get it for next year same period and it was already booked. It is beautifully decorated and updated, with a view of the ocean overlooking the golf course that is gorgeous! The kitchen is well appointed with new appliances. It was obvious the owners and management company take care of this property.

Our condo J221 had a spectacular view of the ocean and the beautiful fairways of Kaanapali Royal course. We enjoyed the sunsets every night

I cannot say enough good things about this property! My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in May and had a wonderful visit. The view was stunning and you can watch the sunset from the patio. The complex was so quiet, the bed was very comfortable, there was ample parking in the garage, and the unit had everything we needed! The kitchen is updated and the entire unit was very clean. Beach chairs and umbrellas were out on the patio available for our use to take to the beach which was only about a 5 minute walk from the condo and the beach cabana has a towel service for Maui Eldorado guests. The complex is close to grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. We drove around a lot of the island and I must say I loved this location. We will most definitely stay here again in the future!

J-221 is arguably one of the best values you will find in the resort, and one of the best locations in the resort. In our 25+ years of visitng Maui El Dorado we've stayed all over the J-Building and 221 has been our favorite. The view is incomparable, the location means access to the beach and cabana is a very short walk away, the amenities are as good as you will find in any of the condos at Maui El Dorado. It is a bit cumbersome unloading/loading from/to the garage, it's a hike (and the garage is often full which makes parking even further away) and the pool is even further away. If you are a "beach person" rather than a "pool person" you will fight to get this condo on all your future trips. Thanks to Linda and Vivian at Maui Kaanapali Vacation Rentals for making sure our stays are the best, it keeps us coming back.

This unit is delightful to stay in. It has everything you need, and plenty of room for 2. The views from the lanai are gorgeous, and we really enjoyed eating our breakfasts at the outdoor table whilst watching golfers and listening to the waves pounding on the nearby sand. Maui Eldorado offers a peaceful haven away from the bustle of the Whalers side of the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at the El Dorado, very quiet place in the middle of North Kaanapali area. Not much better than a nice stroll down to the Cabana, maybe 5 minutes away with everything you need to relax BYOB and snorkel gear. Room was updated. The parking garage seemed small for how many units but adequate. The newly remodeled pool deck area with BBQ and quiet was real nice to hang out at as well.

My sister and I stayed 21 days in J221. I come to Maui most every year. I always book thru Vivian, and have never been disappointed. Nice Unit, very clean and Modern, Stocked Well. The only thing I would suggest, is a couple of Lounge Chairs for the deck, and some extra Pillows for the Bed. Main Pool is finally Open and is very Nice. I would definitely book this unit again. The condo was an excellent location, close to the ocean, a nice walk to Whaler's Village and some very good restaurants.

We have vacationed on Maui 5 years in a row and always return to the Maui Eldorado. This unit is one of our favorites. Stunning ocean view, close to the beach, shopping and golf. Absolutely perfect location. Making reservations was easy. We never have to worry about the Eldorado. It's a little piece of heaven on earth.

Absolutely amazing view, we stayed for 10 days and had an absolutely amazing time, room J221 was super clean, affordable, offered a great view of the golf corse, the beach, and the ocean, you won’t find a better place to view an amazing sunset by just sitting on the balcony. So many things to do, including 3 on site pools. And so much in the close proximity to the unit!
